It's a long drive (8 hours from msla) and i'm not going by myself. If anybody planning on going, can i come too? I don't mind driving for shared gas. So we'll drive through the night friday and we'll show up bright eyed and bushy-tailed on sat, just in time to leave and get back to work on monday. lets do this!!!

didn't end up going. Check out soldier snowkite festival. ended up going to macdonald pass. Has decent spot for north-east wind. seems like has lots of different exposure for different winds. check out this website for current wind.
