Monday thru Thursday had pretty much perfect snow and wind conditions on top of Monarch Hill about a mile from the web cam. (the RWIS camera actually looks right at Rattlesnake Butte. The link below is looking straight toward the web cam.

Got tired of shaky video's so I tries sitting the camera on the snow and shooting. The link shows about 20 seconds and came out pretty good.
