Hey Kiters, we are planning on being at Georgetown Lake on Saturday, February 13 and we are bringing all of our gear for new or experienced kiters to check out. We have a full lineup of Ozone kites, plus some kites from Flysurfer and Slingshot. We will have the kite specific Twisted Snowboard and the super comfortable Mystic Kite Harness as well.

I know Cole form Underground Kite Sports will be there as well showing off his new Epic Kites and all of his gear as well.

Sunday and Monday we plan on riding Mount Haggin or where ever we find some wind and snow. Maybe even throw a winduro race together just for fun.

so if you are an experienced kiter or new to the scene, President's Day weekend will be a perfect opportunity to come out enjoy the company of our local kite scene and fly see why wide variety of kite gear.

Let's have some fun! See you in a few weeks.

I will be there with trainer

I will be there with trainer kites too if beginners and new kiters want to try it. I don't know if I'll have time to dedicate to one person for a full on lessons, but I will give them the basics and let them fly a trainer and move on to a bigger kite if they do well. With beginners its all time and weather dependent.

I like to call it a demo rather than FREE LESSONS because the last time we did that in Island Park these parents were dropping their kids off with all their gear and asking when they could come pick them up.

That being said, I try to get everyone who shows up to these things going.

I also just got some new

I also just got some news that we'll be getting in a Flysurfer Outlaw, which is their snowkite comparable to the Frenzy. This kite has been getting good reviews.

Thanks Joel! I've put out

Thanks Joel! I've put out some feelers to some people who have shown interest. I'll pass the word on. Maybe we'll get a posse together.

I'd like to fly the Outlaw! Also down for a Mt Haggin session!

Alrighty, looks like

Alrighty, looks like Georgetown may have some decent weather this weekend. We will be setup at Denton's Point on Georgetown Lake by 1030 am or so and plan on staying there all day.

Sunday we will try to kite at Haggin, but if the weather looks good at Big Hole Pass we may end up in Jackson by the afternoon. We're kind of keeping Sunday and Monday open to the best kiting option.

Georgetown Lake- Saturday.

Mt Haggin/ Big Hole- Sunday

Jackson Hot Springs on Sunday night!

Big Hole/Badger Pass on Monday.

See you all then,

Big Hole/ Badger Pass Tomorrow

The Georgetown Lake demo was a good time today.Everyone was on big kites. The forecast has changed a bit for tomorrow, so we are headed to Jackson Montana tonight, and plan on riding Big Hole Pass and Badger Pass east of Jackson tomorrow. The thermals have been working there the last two days and looks good for tomorrow. So far there's a crew of seven or eight of us headed down to soak the hot springs tonight.

Come on down!

Joel
