Everybody,
I was wondering if there is any interest in holding a race/freeride event for kiters and windsurfers this summer. I was leaning towards Daily Lake but Tony pointed out that it is a long ways for the kalispell crew to ride. I am now leaning towards the the windy rocky mountain front. I think Augusta and Willow Creek Resevoir could be a tasty choice. Another spot is Brown's lake and finally my last spot would be Martinsdale. It is about 3 to 4 hours drive from anywhere major in the state. Give me some feed back. The idea would be to set up a bouy course and run some races for both kiters and windsurfers. And of course we would be able to party and chill if mother nature does not cooperate. If this works out I think a series next year of 3 to 4 different lakes is very much in the works. Lastly, I hope you all are getting out riding and loving life and in case you haven't heard I had my head examined and finally quit flying the Huffy of the kite world and stepped up to OZONE's new Instinct Sport!!!! They are sweet.
Ride hard and have fun,
Brian Literski
PS
Check out some of the slick riding at Martinsdale Resevoir. Awesome!!!!!

I like it. I could do pretty much any weekend in late June or July. I like the idea of the east front range too, Willow Creek has great wind and camping and a bunch of other lakes close like Pushkin. Tiber is way cool too, but a drive. hmmm, anyone else have suggestions?
