A high wind warning. blue skies and warm water temperatures made for a great mid-July kite getaway at Tiber Reservoir. There's just so many good things about this remote body water, I have to say it's our new favorite summer kiteboarding spot. If you get a chance to check this place out,  GO! 

Several Kiters gathered at Mount Haggin on Sunday to take advantage of the frontal winds caused by the Pacific Storm System moving into the area. We found some great Spring conditions with plenty of coverage.

We ready for an excellent week of Kiting. Looks like a great forecast for the next week.

This clip showed up on the web a few weeks ago, but it is taken from the Snow kite film Project Cloud 9 from a few years ago,  its still one of the better snowkitng sequences ever put together,  thanks Motz 

If you get a chance, buy Project Cloud 9,  It's a must have for the avid kiter.

Our friend Noah brought this video to my attention. It has some extensive Chasta footage edited and put together very well. The interview is conducted in all French with no subtitles, but the visuals alone are worth multiple viewings.
